Carrying Pain That Isn’t Ours: Why We Struggle With Ourselves”

I’m not here to offer a perfect script or a polished speech I’m here to talk honestly about something I think a lot of us feel but never say out loud. This video is part of my shadow work series, and it’s probably the rawest one yet. I’m exploring how so many of us are carrying pain that doesn’t even belong to us generational wounds, unspoken expectations, and the survival patterns that shaped who we think we have to be. I’m sharing my own journey the trauma I grew up with, the patterns I’m trying to unlearn, and the truth that healing is never linear. It’s about learning to trust myself again.
