Healing After Survival Mode Nervous system Awareness for Black Women (4n Method - Notice it) preview

Healing After Survival Mode | Nervous System Awareness for Black Women (4N Method — Notice It) | PREVIEW What happens when your body has been in survival mode for so long that peace feels unfamiliar? In this video, we’re starting at the very beginning of healing with the first step of the 4N Method: Notice It. This is about learning how to recognize survival patterns in your body, your emotions, and your reactions before trying to fix or change anything. As Black women, many of us were taught to push through, stay strong, and keep going—even when our nervous systems were overwhelmed. This video is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and begin building awareness without shame or self-judgment. Inside this video, we talk about: • What survival mode actually looks like in daily life • Why acknowledgment is often the hardest step for Black women • How your nervous system learned to protect you • Why healing starts with noticing, not forcing change 🌼 FREE PDF PROMPT I created a reflection PDF to go along with this video, and the first one is completely free. This is a preview of what’s to come—a chance to get a feel for the prompts, the depth, and the kind of inner work we’ll be doing together. Future PDFs in this series will be available for purchase on my Etsy shop, but this first one is my gift to you. 👉 Download the free PDF prompt on my website: https://www.becomingherrss.com/pdf-prompts/healing-after-survival-mode-4n-method-notice-it-nervous-system-awareness-for-black-women This space is for Black women learning how to feel safe in their bodies again, unlearn survival, and step into softness at their own pace. If this video resonates, like, comment, and share it with another woman who’s on her healing journey. Welcome to Becoming Herrss 🌼
