The Messy Middle
Forgiveness, Triggers & Protecting Your Peace
Forgiveness isn’t always about letting go sometimes, it’s about holding the truth gently and saying: “I won’t carry this pain for you anymore.” In this episode, I talk about the complicated space between anger and healing the part where you’re not bitter, but you’re still hurting. Where you’ve accepted what happened… but it still lives in your body. Where you know you deserve peace, but some things still feel unforgivable.
💭 I’m learning that forgiveness isn’t a finish line.
It’s not about forgetting. It’s not about letting people back in.
Sometimes, forgiveness looks like acceptance and sometimes, it just looks like walking away for good.
